Hi, I’m Mariangela Garau

Midlife was the catalyst for my career shift.

Although I always valued health and wellbeing, this stage prompted me to retrain in nutrition and qualify as a menopause support coach. What began as a personal commitment to better understand my own health became a professional calling.

Now I support women with evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle guidance, helping them navigate midlife with clarity, balance and confidence.

At the heart of my coaching is positive psychology. Together we reframe change, not as something unsettling or overwhelming, but as a powerful opportunity to grow, reaalign and strengthen.


My Approach

My work combines evidence-based nutrition education with the principles of positive psychology.

First we build understanding, what’s happening hormonally, how nutrition influences symptoms, and how lifestyle factors such as sleep and stress play a role.

Then, we work on perspective.

Through gentle reframing and structured coaching strategies, I help you shift from overwhelm to clarity, turning midlife changes into an opportunity to strengthen your health, resilience and to grow.
